One place for one session, the booking fee, and an e-ticket sent by email right after payment, as a PDF with a QR code. Seated categories carry a block and a seat number; standing categories carry a block and a gate. Nothing is posted, nothing is collected in Burgas.
The arena has published no seating plan to scale. Blocks are a commercial schema, not a survey of the building. Prices are the ticket office's, not official prices set by the EBU.

A ticket from this office is one place, for one of the nine sessions of the Eurovision Song Contest 2027 at Arena Burgas (10 to 15 May 2027), in one of six categories. The category decides where you are, standing at the front or seated in the tiers; the session decides the price. How it works
- Choose
The session, then the category and the block on the arena plan.
- Pay once
By card, with 3-D Secure. The booking fee and VAT are already in the price: the amount shown is the amount charged.
- Confirmation
An email with your order reference, straight after payment. It is also how you find the order again.
- Your e-tickets
By email right after payment, as PDF attachments to the confirmation. Nothing is posted and nothing is collected in Burgas.
Good to know
- Venue
- Arena Burgas, Burgas, Bulgaria. Burgas airport (BOJ) is about 15 minutes away; Varna (VAR) is two hours by road.
- Doors and length
- Doors open two hours before the 21:00 shows. A live show lasts about three hours, a rehearsal about two and a half.
- If the show changes
- Cancelled: full refund, fees included. Moved: the ticket follows the new date, or a full refund if you cannot travel.
- If we cannot deliver
- Full refund within 14 days, to the same card. No credit note, no voucher.
- Accessibility
- Wheelchair places with a companion seat in Categories A and C, at the category price. Write to us before ordering.

- Up to 8 places.

How to read the list
Golden Circle and Floor are standing
Inside the catwalk, or on the arena floor behind it. Your ticket gives entry to the block; you stand where you like inside it.
A, B and C are reserved seats
Lower tier on the sides, mid tier facing the stage, upper tier with the whole picture. Seats are assigned per block, best available first.
Upper standing is the cheapest way in
Second level, standing, full view of the stage and the screens. From €29 for an afternoon rehearsal.
Before you compare
Are these the official prices?
No. They are the ticket office's prices for its own allocation. They may differ from the face value published when the official sale opens.
Can I buy different categories for different nights?
Yes. The basket accepts several lines: one session, one category, one block per line.
When do I receive the tickets?
By email, right after payment: a PDF with a QR code, attached to the confirmation. Nothing is posted and nothing is collected in Burgas.
